"Foreign Missions" is an interesting term in this day, age, and culture. It implies that a church or organization prayerfully and/or monetarily supports evangelism efforts overseas. However, Tucson is "home" to citizens from countries across the globe, be it due to civil unrest in their homeland, or studying here at the UofA, or for other reasons. CrossRoads Church is involved with three such people groups: The Tucson Refugee Ministry, the Arabian Oasis, (directed by Magdy Behman), and Pioneers (specifically John and Anne Childs, ministering to the Tarahumara people in Flagstaff, AZ).
