"Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship" Romans 12:1 (NASB).
At Crossroads Church we believe that worship is not just a corporate (weekend service) event or activity.  Worship is a lifestyle for every believer.  It may look different for every individual but one thing is constant: God asks us to do it.

Worship encompass all that we do; the way we spend time with our spouse and family, the way we work, the way we play, the way we treat others, etc.

Interested in our worship "style"? Here are some youtube video selections from among the many worship songs we love to sing.
Worship at CrossRoads Church...
"Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God" Colossians 3:16 (NASB).
On Sunday mornings we gather as a congregation, the body of Christ, to worship together. We encourage everyone to respond to God for what He has done or is doing in their lives; to be free in worship as His Spirit leads.  The scriptures are clear about one thing: we must worship God in spirit and in truth.  That means "with integrity of heart" in our expression of our awesome God.  How has God created you? Are you expressive? flamboyant? even-keeled? thoughtful? all of the above?  Then God calls you to worship Him much in the same way.  This means that some believers will stand quietly with heads bowed, some will raise their hands, some will kneel in the aisle, some will shout aloud, and some will even dance!
“Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father"
Col. 3:17 (NASB).
The worship teams' focus is to be used by God through their abilities.  Our talents are gifts that we use to glorify Him and not ourselves.  If you would like to be a part of the worship team please contact Brian Hagedon.
